...The holidays are coming up! At Hope Ministries, we celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas in a big way with both on-site and off-site volunteer opportunities. Our on-site opportunities are filling fast. Click here for more information about all our holiday volunteer and outreach opportunities.
...Special need specifically for churches! Hope Ministries will have an estimated 100 homeless men living with us on Thanksgiving and Christmas days. While we are serving our big holiday meal for the community at our Hope Cafe, these men will have a family-like celebration of their own at our Door of Faith facility on both holidays.
We are in need of a church who is seeking a special outreach project who will volunteer to help serve our noon meal to the men at our Door of Faith facility on one or both of these holidays. The meal will be prepared by Hope Ministries. ...November 12-19 is National Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week. We're observing National Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week with activities each day. More information will be available on our website soon, but in the meantime, feel free to contact me if you have questions.
